Return and Refund Policy

At LiquidAItion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, here's how to proceed.

RETURN PERIOD

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your intention to return an item.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original and unused condition
  • In its original packaging (if possible)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

ELIGIBLE CASES FOR RETURN

  • ✅ Item defective or damaged upon delivery
  • ✅ Item not matching the description
  • ✅ Item received by mistake (wrong product)
  • ✅ Change of mind (within 14 days, return shipping costs at your expense)

INELIGIBLE CASES

  • ❌ Personalized or custom-made products
  • ❌ Consumable products (food, opened cosmetics)
  • ❌ Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-refundable"
  • ❌ Items damaged by the customer after receipt
  • ❌ Items with opened hygiene packaging (medical equipment, personal care items)

RETURN PROCESS

  1. CONTACT
    Send us a message via our Contact page within 14 days of receipt. Indicate your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. VALIDATION
    We review your request within 24 to 48 business hours and send you return instructions.
  3. SHIPPING
    Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
  4. REFUND
    Once the item is received and inspected, we process the refund within 5 to 10 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Defective / Non-compliant / Wrong item: LiquidAItion covers the return shipping costs (refund or prepaid label).
  • Change of mind: Return shipping costs are at your expense.

REFUNDS

The refund is issued:

  • To the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the item
  • For the full amount of the item (excluding initial shipping costs in the case of a change of mind)

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish for another item, please return the original item and place a new order.

ITEMS DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY

If you receive a damaged item:

  1. Take photos immediately (packaging + product)
  2. Contact us within 48 hours via our Contact page
  3. We will arrange the return and replacement or refund at no cost
